My flight in May was cancelled. They sent me a link through which I could claim a voucher. I could not be connected to the link, so I wrote to Customer Support that I would like to have money back since I do not intend to fly to the destination of the original reservation anymore. According to the Dutch government, air line companies are supposed to give money back for cancelled flights if a customer asks for it. I never got any sort of reaction. User's recommendation: Think twice before using eDreams.
