on March 4, 2021 we went to el pollo loco store in ontario ca. 1865 E. fourth st Ontario Ca. 91764 i ordered a $29.99 chkn Meal and i got a order of beans it was smelling so bad I proceed to call them tel.# was disconnected, so I went back in person the manager was not polite telling me that how it is ? Then I told them I used too work for el pollo loco before that is why i knew the food was not in good shape? User's recommendation: i speak by my self. Be carefully with what they are selling for your family meal ?????? ??????
