I have been a subscriber since 2016, but I never encountered so much different than and now . I wrote a letter to Pissed consumer about my cancellation issues and to my bank. They say, It will take time to resolve. But the problem is when the monthly trial ends, you are not able to cancel anymore. I would like to cancel before, no chance to get through unless you pay a fee. It is a 3rd party prossesing compan in the name of "cancelwizard" to do their job for a fee, like $37.00. No help from info@***y member customerservice.com. They do not take my email either. User's recommendation: you make Shure their cancellation policy or forget do not subscribe their services.
