Ensure you keep a good eye out for the couriers On the 15th April 2021, I ordered a bottle of Gardenia Passion Eau de Parfum 100 ml at £!04.84. I was able to prove via Hermes own photos that the item was left outside my front door and not through the letterbox as they said. The photo of the parcel sitting on my doormat was taken from the Hermes website. I was also in my home all afternoon waiting for this delivery, No one knocked or rung the buzzer, they just carelessly left it outside. I have been recovering from Covid and this was a gift to me. I just to someone on your live chat, and they offered a poultry £5.00 credit when I was expecting to at least choose a reasonably priced item from my wishlist as a goodwill gesture. I hope that you will look at this matter again and see that I have waited over 2 months for my item which I have paid for and choose an item from my wish list which is reasonably priced? £5.00 feels like an insult, to be honest. Before I could finish speaking with the person on live chat, they cut me off, so I was unable to negotiate further. I look forward to hearing from you soon. I hope you look upon my wishlist request favourably. User's recommendation: Ensure you keep a good eye out for the couriers on delivery day. I waited in all day. They didn't press the buzzer at the main entrance nor did they knock on my door. They left the parcel outside my front door which was an extremely unsafe place to leave packages. They told Lokk Fantastic that they had posted it throughmy letterbox but they also had photos on their site showing it was left outside.
