Not rewarding my travel

I have contacted this company twice within 30 days for my points from an August 23-26 trip to the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore. I'm not sure what type of incompetence is going on within this establishment but I want what I am owed. How can one refer anyone to a company or, for that matter, continue to use the program if they cannot even reward their members for their travel? User's recommendation: Research this company before joining.
