Not refunding the money from Covid-19

Bought (8) tickets from asaptickets on January 2020 to flight on June 2020. The Pandemic came around, and the Airline cancelled the flight to my destination. Asaptickets got all the money back from airline and issue some vouchers to use at later date within one year. Now they refuse to issue vouchers plus no refund. Do not try to send them emails or leave a MESSAGE. THEY DO NOT CARE. User's recommendation: Do not buy tickets from these people, They're SCAMMERS.
