Not recieving phones when delivery date is arranged upgrade deal getting cancelled without primission

I upgraded by Telkom through Mondo An admin fee was already deducted from my bank account My delivery for my 2 phones were arranged for Monday 12 July 2020 The delivery company is DSV According to them Telkom told them to cancel the order which is already been approved and not deliver to me when asking numerous times to change the delivery adress which they refuse to do I spoke to a supervisor or manager from DSC the lady told me she will contact me when everything is sorted out I have not recieved a call yet since this morning I have been waiting 2 weeks for my 2 phones . Asking DSV e delivery adress User's recommendation: Go direct into a phone store for upgrading waiting a few hours rather than weeks.
