Not receiving product that I paid for-twice

On 8/12/2021 I purchased 10 gold bars for $1.99 and the bars did not populate. This is the second time in 1 month that this has happened. The previous time I spent more money, somewhere around 6.99. I have only started to purchase boosters and this doesn't give me much confidence. I would like my money either refunded or given to me appropriately via the bars I tried to purchase. Thanks you for any attention paid to this discouragement. Diana
