Sept 7, 2021 TruGreen Eric T didn't spray for mosquitoes at my home. I have cameras front and back. Eric T sent a notification that he is at my home to spray for mosquitoes at 11:38 am. I have video of my front yard that shows me going out there at 11:40 and there was no truck. Then my cameras go off and your lawn sprayer arrived. I went out and talked to him, Daniel said he was there for the army worms, but didn't have any product to spray. Why would you send him to my house without product. Anyway, while we were talking my True Green app go off again and says the Eric T completed my mosquitoes spray. I showed Daniel and he can confirm Eric T was pulling a scam and was not at my house. This is the third time. 2 mosquitoes and 1 lawn spray that your employees did not perform the service they were suppose to do, but said they did. Very dissatisfied with your service. I called an complained to your 800 number and ask to speak to a manager 3 different times and your phone person said they would have him call me. No returned calls. Makes me wonder if the managers are telling there employees to not provide the service just say you did. I was told 3 times a manager would call me back, but they never called. I called Randy at +[protected] who sold me both the mosquitoes and lawn service. I paid in full for the year. But once again Randy did not call back. That makes like 5 or 6 times he didn't respond. Most likely because he knows what is going on and doesn't want to deal with it. I choose TruGreen because they are number one. But I can't believe with the service the provided me that TruGreen will stay number one. If I don't get a call from a manager I am going to tell my story to social media. Dan Galyas Woodstock GA
