Not processing the current order and giving excuses and delaying everything

I have made a payment of 14, 70, 578 Rupees to SBM through Bookmyforex. They are giving excuses and not executing the process and when I contacted them they told that one document is missing. No one contacted me regarding the same and still my order is in the process. Order placed on 24/08/2021 UTR Number of Payment - CNRBR52021082567424769
