I called them to talk about Covid 2nd shot scheduled. My mom is old and doesn't drive. Her appointment was in the afternoon and I needed it changed earlier. I called CVS Pharmacy and was on hold for 18 minutes, never did pick up. Called back later and same thing. So I called store to see if they open. Clerk said there open, just short on help. Well still need to answer phone. I not happy with 4th street store in mansfield, OH
