May 25th I tried 2 tickets to Disney's Lion King in the orchestra section and they booked me on the Mezzanine instead and on top of with seats being separated. When you get to their site you immediate experiencing popups and promotion that ended up with System Error. I called immediately to cancel and they refused. All they say you can purchase new tickets in the orchestra but the are not going to refund the first ones. Such a rudeness and arrogance !! Customer Service virtually is useless and of no value. Completely Not the American Way !! This is simply a TRAP that one can not get out from. This should be reported to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau so that they take out their license. And that is what I will do and you should do. In addition, apparently, when one need to pick up the tickets. They don't deliver the tickets to the Theater front door, instead you have to find an obscure place couple of blocks away so you end up being late to the show.
