NOT NOTIFICATION OF MY CANCELLED FLIGHT

I booked plane tickets the 23/11/2020 through OMIO to fly with AIR FRANCE from Paris to Florence for Christmas. I DID RECEIVE my confirmation e-mail with my booking number. My flight was supposed to leave the 24th December. The night before the flight, it was impossible to make the check-in online on Air France's website. 24th morning, same problem with the online check-in, so i start to think it's not very normal, and before going to the airport i have the idea to check the flight status on Air France website. Suddenly i see the flight was CANCELLED. Couldn't believe my eyes, as i've NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL OF NOTIFICATION, which i've checked a thousand times thinking it was my mistake, after this. I instantly call Air France customers service, and they confirmed the flight was cancelled the 30th November, AND THEY REMARKED THERE WAS A MISSPELLING ON MY EMAIL SO OMIO SENT THE CANCELLED FLIGHT INFORMATION TO A WRONG EMAIL. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF I DID RECEIVE MY FIRST FLIGHT OMIO'S BOOKING CONFIRMATION THE 23rd NOVEMBER WHEN I BOOKED MY TICKET? I couldn't believe what she was saying. This can't happen, i always book tickets with OMIO and this situation is really UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BY OMIO THAT MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT BY MYSELF 5 HOURS BEFORE MY FLIGHT ON CHRISTMAS. C
