It's not my License plate number listed on the notice. 3. I filled out Section B on Oct 16th, 2018 and mailed it in 4. I paid the $3.67 in the event I was mistaken and you cashed the check on 10/22/18 And now you're sending me Notice of Delinquent Toll Evasion and billing me $103.67 for a violation that is NOT mine, that I paid before the 10/31/18 deadline. My trip from AZ to Long Beach, CA and back consisted of traveling on I-10 to 91 to 710 to Long Beach, took the same way back. No wounder their is a lawsuite agenst this againcy
