Customer service is a total pain in the *** U can barely understand them. I reported my card lost bc i was afraid someone was gonna steal my $$, and turns out, the card showed up. But im gonna b without a paycheck for a while. I already missed one check now im gonna miss 2 more. I should have just paid the $25 to get my card in a few days as opposed to god knows when. They said they can send a money User's recommendation: Run.
