Their costumer was involved in a hit and run with me. He left the scene in his vehicle and when it quit, he took off on foot. He would not return their calls and still has not reported the crash to them. I have been without my vehicle for 12 days. Unable to return to my home in northwest Arkansas. I have been assigned an adjuster who never returns your calls. I even reported it to her supervisor they are the answering machine company. They have not provided rental and wont return calls. I would not recommend anyone do business with them and the owner of this company should be ashamed of having a business that is run this way.
