Not much of a warranty
1
The main reason I bought a rainbow playground instead of building my own was the warranty. "If something breaks, we will replace it," I was told. Fast forward 3 years. My slide has broken, and because of the break, bent the top of the playground. I file a warranty claim, and am offered a new slide. Except now I need to pay for shipping, install the new slide, and fix the bent tower. I asked if they would install it, but was told that would cost more money, and the local dealer has closed and the nearest dealer is 4 hrs away and hasn't returned my calls. That is quite a bit different from what I expected, and I am less than impressed.
