I had Allstate Motor Club almost a year, first time I needed it could not get any help. I locked my keys in the car and went on app for assistance, I am only 20 miles from Cincinnati. I was told they didn't serve that area. Tried to call customer service and waited a half hour for someone to answer, finally hung up and called a friend to take me home to get spare keys and take me back. Tried to call customer service again to complain finally got someone after waiting forever asked to speak with a manager couldn't understand the person back in 15 minutes he never did or the next one either. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money. Go with AAA.
