Hi, On 18/3/21 i made a booking totalling amount £221.52 for 2 x flights to Faro. This flight was cancelled on 7/4/21 and i requested a refund through Ryanair. The amount they said they was refunding was £164.80 which i found a little strange, it also said the refund would be issued within 5-7 days. I still haven't received this refund, so i chased Ryanair up for an explanation. They informed me the refund had been issued to a card ending 6325. I instantly knew this wasn't my card and they advised me to contact my bank. My bank confirmed no refund had been issued to my account or have i ever had a card ending in 6325. They advised me to contact yourselves to find out where my refund is. Please can someone advise ASAP on this as it is a little concerning that someone has issued my refund to an account i have never had. Kind regards Oliver Hobson
