I'm an editor for a magazine. I frequently review photos on dropbox. The first time I used my just-installed Viasat service it took 90 seconds to open each photo instead of the normal 5 seconds. I did a speed test. Download: 9 mbps. The Silver 25 plan was supposed to be 25 mbps. But even worse, the ping was 630ms. 630ms! Unacceptable. This is not high speed internet. I canceled my plan the next day. I could never connect to My Viasat, their website. Nothing but blank screens User's recommendation: Avoid Viasat.
