I have been with Cox 9 years and I called to get a more affordable pricing by the sales sept I was offered 30$ cheaper same cable. When I received the box and plugged in I have very basic cable. I never signed up for this I called right away and was given a higher payment for the same plan. I explained I was given false info by sales rep. And was given no help except to cancel my cable. I would like to have my original package I paid for but was on the phone for 39 min and then 45 min with no help just saying they would help any typing and hung up on. I never been treated this poorly
