Not happy with your policies. I made a return on some thing I bought from Neiman Marcus and paid through Affirm. You got me an email and send it the money had been refunded but it was not in my account for several days. So I called and they told me that the credit card to refund two was not valid. Thats true but I had a back up card and I dont see why that wasnt used. More importantly, I didnt get any notification from the failed payment. I dont find a firm easy to work with at all. Your website and app or not intuitive. I dont plan to use a firm anymore.
