Not happy with expensive Jean quality

The 'DayTrip- Lynx' jeans I bought made it through TWO wash cycles and ripped not only next to the pockets in the back but in the crotch!!!. These pants were not only loose on me (so it wasn't that I was straining the stitching), but they are the "stretch" style which, to Me, emplies that there should be some give in the material horrible product!!! Naturally, when I discovered this issue, it was outside the "30 day return"...If the Buckle is going to charge what they do for their jeans, they need to stand by their product and replace or fix poor quality items like this....
