Not happy, totally wrong order

I ordered over £100 clothes items, I received somebody elses order with my address on, the clothes I ordered are nowhere to be seen, apparently I have to take pictures of all the sent order to myself and then go through a long winded process in order to get my money back, very frustrated no sign of customer services. Do NOT buy from this company, User's recommendation: Do not Buy from Shein.
