Not happy that I’m not able to speak with somebody and I have to do all this extra stuff like I’m trying to cheat them out of their product

I would like to speak to someone why I have to take pictures of everything when I just got it in the mail the other day and the piece is missing I don't understand that and I bought the one that cost more money and the piece flex handle is missing User's recommendation: Right now I am not happy with this company first of all you don’t have a phone number you can call and secondly I don’t understand why they just can’t send me the peace and I have to take all these pictures.
