Not happy for being billed without prior notice

i received only a tube of cosmedique cream supposed to be on free trial. I was shocked that I was billed us$187.50.from my credit card. Unless a refund of this amount is paid back to me I will lodge a police complaint as I feel that I am cheated , My full name is Ding Chooi Hiong.(Lillian). Kindly check and refund to me asap. So far I have not used the cosmedique cream,.My email address is ttglobiz@***.com.sg
