Not good and tenants have many extra charges.

The tenants have to pay $50 or more to get their carpet shampooed after vacating their apartments. Carpets are never changed out unless they have been used over a 7-8 year period. This charge is taken out of your deposit and is not considered a normal ware and tear charge. Units are not updated and have carpet through out the apartment. Not a good choice for people with pet allergies. Basically the apartments have zero updates. The complex was built around 2001. The fire places have not work in phase 2 since February 2019, and the complex will tell you they will be functioning by the weekend. This has been an ongoing lie. Dead plants are left year round in the court yard year round. Appliance parts are old and are taken from non-function refrigerators. Dead trees in the walkway to the lake are left attended and some are fallen and broken.
