My daughter was rear ended. USAA is the insurance company of the woman that hit us. They have been jerking us around. We expect to get enough money to go out and buy the same car, nothing more. Stupid fees that we have to have deducted from our settlement. Even our Insurance guy (from Country Insurance) says its not right. Its been 13 days since accident - no money. They are actually offering us less money today than they did earlier in the week. Made us return our rental car on Monday. So we have been down a car for 4 days with no end in sight. Horrible customer service! User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.
