I bought my laptop in April and haven't been able to hardly use it. I'm about ready to sue Lenovo. I sent the laptop in for repairs. Had a case # and everything. Someone called me to check the status. It was shipped back to me still not fixed. Not sure why. I have been told twice I'd receive a 2nd label to send it back again and I never did. Not even a new case #. Someone needs to help me as I spent over $400 on this laptop and it's still under manufacturer warranty. My direct # is 813730**** I either want my laptop Replaced or Refunded. I'm serious I will take this to the top User's recommendation: Don't Buy Lenovo.
