Not getting 350 cu. in. engine

On April 14, 2021, I called the the Warrenton, Mo. Auto Zone and spoke with Jerry. I ordered a 350 cu. In. engine from Auto Zone and was charged $ 2, 350.42, I was told that it should be in by the end of next week April 23-24. I called Jerry around April 26th to make arrangements for getting the engine. He said that it did not come in. We talked later and he told me that it would be in by May 1st. I left on a trip to Virginia, but before I left, I made plans with my mechanic to start putting the engine in on May 12th. I got back from Virginia and called my mechanic, he said that he had heard NOTHING. I called Jerry, he said that he had heard nothing. He told me that he keeps trying to get in touch with them and that they WILL NOT RETURN his calls. Here it is May 20th, I do not know when my engine will come in. NO BODY has EVER called me to tell me that it is not in, I have to call them, and NO BODY will tell me when it will be in. Several things are really upsetting me. 1.) No body calls me to tell me that it is not in. 2.) My mechanic told me to get the Auto Zone engine, but I could have gotten a cheaper engine with the same warranty, but I went with my mechanic, because he said that they are good engines. 3.) For 36 days I since I ordered the engine and NO ONE knows when I will get it. 4.) I do NOT even have an email receipt for my $ 2, 350.42 that I paid. My car is waiting, this is not right to be pushed back this far and long with no idea of when I will get an engine. Look up my name, I purchase lots of parts from Auto Zone.
