I called in to have my Lawnmower repaired.. it took 2 months for a repairman to come to my home.. He didn't have the parts on the truck to repair the machine, so ordered the parts and rescheduled me .. The parts have been here for 2 months, but Sears keeps rescheduling, the repair appointment, saying they have no repairmen available.. Am I suppose to go all summer without my lawnmower? Honor your service contracts User's recommendation: Do not buy a home repair contract.. they don't honor their contracts.
