Not explaining instructions on biiling

I recently left Verizon for acting rude and incompetent. I went to US Cellular Sunset Ave, Rocky Mount NC. CJ treated me fine, but he did not inform me on prepaid that I would not get a bill. I received an email telling my bill was due 5/21. You received payment on 5/19 from my PNC online account and cut my service off on 5/21. The amt. was 75.38. When I called you told me the payment was being sent back as US Cellular did not accept payment that way and I would have to use my Credit Card along with other ways. PNC said they had never heard of a company as large as US Cellular doing such a thing. I was with Verizon twenty years and paid through PNC online and got a paper statement. Never late paying much less having my phone cut off . My Credit rating is probably better than US Cellulars at 825. If all this had been explained to me when I was moving my service, I would not be as mad as I am now. This in the end will cost you way more than 75.38 with new subscriptions as I tell all my friends. The whole thing is your associates don't inform customers of your stupid policy of not accepting online payments. I see where you did accept payment and was told you were sending it back. I have not seen where it has been credited back. User's recommendation: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND US CELLULAR.
