Dear Sir, As what i have written to you last July 16 regarding not dispatching of the parcel i already pay the charge in Malaysian custom in ULSCS last July15 for the clearance of the parcel. They told me that after we pay the charge they are going to deliver the parcel with me the next morning. Till now the parcel not yet arrived and today they send me email asking me again for another charge not for vat or insurance but for the demurrage because f being delayed of the payment. They asking me again for 1400 RM. I was thinking if this is a scam. The money i send to them for the malaysian custom was i just borrowed for my friend and he asking me to pay it. I really dont know what to do regarding this. I dont know if theres really a parcel for me. I attached here some of their letter for me.
