I have had this coverage since 1998 and never had a claim. Several months back i needed surgery due to a work related injury. After a lengthy runaround I learned that this company does not pay for work related lost time and pay. This was not made clear to me at the time of enrollment. I was just told that if I couldn’t due to illness or injury Dearborn would provide a check. In reality, not true
