Not changing my flight and not giving me my refund
I was advised i had open ticket until October 2021. i was unsuccessful in reaching you guys, i chatted with some guy Mohhamed whose response is that there are no flights available for my flight. I was advised i cannot get a refund, yet my ticket would remain open. That's a lie, obviously. I need my refund. Aida Kulovic
