after being pushed hard by the sales staff, I bought a beautiful diamond chipped bracelet in 14k gold for my girl for $1,000 that started at $1.400...when I got aboard the cruise ship, I noticed one of the latches was missing..ok, so when I went to my local jeweler to have it repaired I was told it was cubic zirconia valued at $200-$300 retail!!!!!! I'm not a rich man so that money was a bit dear to me and I wondered how many other people they ripped off..the phone number is a non working number folks.
