I have had 7 of there pans including the square one with lid and dryer insert. After 6 months 3 of the pans I had to throw away. They would stick and be a mess hard to clean. My family is from West VA mountains we know how to cook, use skillets and copper pans. But these stick bad. All I wanted was them to replace the pans. They said only 90 days and have to have receipt. The pans should last way longer than that. Heck a cheap t-fal frying pan last longer than these did. Customer service should be #1 concern. I don't want my money back with interest just send me some new pans to replace the ones , they all stick and are hard to clean. Thanks Cecil User's recommendation: Read fine lines.
