Not able to do anything on site

I cancelled the renewal for my account - which is another 3+ months away. After doing so - I am no longer able to look at profiles, respond to messages, likes, views, etc. I get a popup window that attempts to get me to commit to renewing my membership. Very frustrating. If it is not going to let me use the site - OurTime needs to reimburse my money for my unused time period..
