I have purchased 5 coins from this website and when I received my order one coin was incorrect. I was pretty satisfied with everything else. I contacted ProvidentMetals service and told them about what happened. They said they'll contact me back and promised to fix everything. I believed them but that was too good to be true. They never contacted me and I did not receive a replacement coin. I will not deal with this seller ever again! That's not a good way to do business.
