Hi, I have purchased two laptops and the merchand added two Norton antivirus packages on the laptop without my consent. The renewal was also ticked apparently, without my consent either. I don't have an account with Norton, as I have NOT purchased the Norton products myself. I have been trying to cancel the subsciption of the two Noton products that I don't want, but it is impossible, especially as I don't have an Norton account. The waiting time on the phone is redicilous, and the online chat facility is never available. I have spent hours trying to get to the bottom of this. It's disgrace that they make it so hard for someone to cancel the service. Kind regards
