I was informed that I also need to notify you in writing by one of your representatives. Consider this my notification of cancelation. I did sign and send through the mail in January said notice. I was told that I needed to send another notice. Ridiculous! The contract ending is sufficient, now TWO additional notices from me must end this problem.
