Northface keeps referring to my package as delivered simply because the delivery service they hired (Laser Ship Company) left the package in front of a door and took a picture and now they are saying it is my responsibility to call my bank and dispute this transaction because as far as they are concerned since Laser Ship delivery service showed them a picture of a package on the floor in front of a door that it was delivered to me. Like how ignorant can some employees at the North Face company be if the package is not delivered to me or signed for by me then it was not delivered to me the purchaser period.. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from a company that won’t back or guarantee the safe delivery of your purchased items because they choose to use free shipping companies but charge you hundreds for that item.
