unfortunately, my mortgage was sold to them. CHAOS! You call in and will be on hold 30 -45 minutes every time you call the escrow/insurance department, then you stay on hold while they look into your account, you don't get anything accomplished with them and spend over 4 hours of your time just to get problems fixed. when you do finally get through, you for some Strang reason get disconnected before the person actually says hello, how convenient!!
