Update by user Jun 05, 2021 Still no contact with Filefactory very disappointed Original review posted by user May 06, 2021 File Factory says it will pay you per down load, I requested payment in January still waiting for it. I have emailed them 8 times and had no reply's from them, I have been a member for 7 years will not be renewing when current contract has finished.no
