Allegiant cancelled our flight literally 7 hours before our departure with no other available flights, so went with Southwest instead. I have called Allegiant, (all three numbers listed) I have emailed them and also left a message on one of the three numbers provided. Their main number, you either call and get a busy signal or You wait on hold for two hours (I know. I have called Allegiant 2 times, waited two hours, it sounds like someone is going to pick up and then, click. They hang up on you. They dont return emails or phone calls. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life as I have with Allegiant. They have the absolute worbusiness. User's recommendation: Pick another airline that is reliable and call them before booking to ensure that you can actually get ahold of someone in case of any issues.
