Warranty Depart wants to argue over a non- working control panel for a Solera Smart Arm Canopy control. Never worked, Camping World seems incapable on getting ANYTHING repaired without c Causing an additional 5 or 6 things they screw up. I asked for this control panel to be sent to me for replacement, been a night mare as it seems that there are never-ending need of information, different pictures, non-existence numbers off of a non existence tag that is somewhere on the canopy. My feeling is that if they DELAY and ask for more verification and other info they will no have to own up to their shoddy work and *** poor Customer Service... User's recommendation: But Jayco.
