Non Working App

App does not send notifications. I first reported the issue in March 2019. It is now October 2019 and still no update. I have called and the techs have reset the DVR, I have reinstalled the app over and over. Still no notifications. I am always told they are "working" on an update! 7 months to update a simple app is ridiculous! Strangely enough, after the IOS 13.1 update the notifications started appearing. Once the IOS 13.1.2 installed (4 days later) they no longer work again UPDATE THIS APP PLEASE......CAMERAS ARE USELESS IF I CANT MONITOR MY HOME
