Instead of using a utility flash light, a Roto Rooter plumber used the light from his personal cell phone to inspect beneath my dark house for leaking pikes. I was charged $80 for this and given an estimate of over $700 to smoke test my home, which he later reduced down to a little over $300. NOT HAPPENING!! User's recommendation: Make sure they use the proper company equipment to do the job.
