Non-responsive/Non delivery for paid goods

I'd give negative stars if I could. Do Not contract them!!! Ordered a water softener from another disaster of a big box store (home depot). My paid receipt showed delivery date of 30 Aug. I finally was able to decipher how to get tracking data from NSD. They received the softener on 27th Aug but still haven't delivered it yet. No communication at all w/ or from NSD. There is only one person who can make any decisions at the warehouse but apparently that person must be being paid to stay home. SHE is never there. This company is terrible!
