Non responsive customer service

I was not able to use the lesson projects that went along with the dvd training. I could not reach anyone at Total Training by phone. When I left messages both voice and email, I received an answer the next day that did not help whatsoever and no one would return my call. Consequently, the tutorial is doing me very little good. Annmarie Bourgeois is the person I had contact with who would not return my call. If everything goes fine with your dvds you will be fine. But if you need assistance, don't hold your breath. I personally do not do business with a company that does not answer the phone.
